IHC is proud to announce the commencement of monthly Sweats at our IHC Rincon Health Center!
If you are looking for a way to reconnect with the Creator, purify your body and mind, and honor the elements of nature then you should join us for this sacred ritual of prayer and healing.
Sweats will be on the first Monday of each month.
Ceremony starts at 6:00pm
Concludes by 8:00pm with a potluck to follow.
